After checking all the 5-stars reviews in Google, I talked to Lisa by phone in January for a pre-approval letter. After the conversation, I decided to proceed. Then her company pulled my credit score (it was a hard pull) and then I submitted all required materials on their website, all was completed in Feb. Since I did not hear back from them, I sent at least five emails, called her cell three times, texted to their “mortgage line” multiple times for update my application status; even today, I left her message and sent her an email, unfortunately, I have not received ANY response so far. I do not understand the normal procedure, but should I expect to get either deny or grant message? Instead, I received their emails like “change your clock”, happy Patrick day, etc. They have all my information weeks ago. It just wastes too much time for the “professional” service. Did I miss anything?
